At WRSU News, we strive to bring you the news that matters to you most. If it affects the Rutgers University community, we’ve got it covered! And, we bring you a healthy dose of politics, local, state, national and world news.
Beginning in the Fall of 2020, Newscasts can be heard:
- Monday through Thursday at 8:30, 9 and 9:30 am during “RU Awake?”
- Monday through Thursday at 6 and 10 pm
- Friday at noon
Our flagship public affairs show is “Knightbeat,” an hour-long program which will be taken over this summer by incoming News Director Caleb Kuberiet. Caleb will be joined by the WRSU News team of reporters to bring you insightful conversations with key newsmakers. While the show normally is on hiatus in the summer, we’ll continue to bring you shows every week through May 20th, and every other week from early June through the end of August, as the latest on COVID-19 continues to affect Rutgers and the greater New Brunswick community. Each week that Knightbeat airs, you can hear a replay on Saturdays at 9 am.
